The ABUNDANT WORKPLACE (AW) award is given to companies who are investing in the improvement of the workplace through Leadership Excellence. The Improvement in the workplace can be summarized as follows:
Environment – AW considers the company’s investment in their workplace to improve work conditions. AW also looks at how the company was able to build a good work environment that allows employees to prosper.
Empowerment – AW gives value on the company’s investment in their employees. AW looks at how the company was able to improve their technical and leadership competencies of its employees. It may be through formal training classes, mentoring, coaching, or a combination of different interventions.
External Impact – AW also considers the impact of the different initiatives to the customers of the company. AW values sustainability and believes that if the investment in Environment and Empowerment are executed correctly, it should contribute to happy customers which will in turn sustain the operation of the company.

When is the next Abundant Workplace Award?
We are giving the award three times per year. We have recognized the pioneer awardees this February 2024. Your company may be the next awardee on July 2024 or November 2024.
