TDC Business Consultancy Inc. (AnswerKey) and ACUBE Legal Support Inc., were the pioneer awardees of the Abundant Workplace award. Know more about them and their initiatives by clicking their company logos below.

The ABUNDANT WORKPLACE  (AW) award is given to companies who are investing in the improvement of the workplace  through Leadership Excellence.  The Improvement in the workplace can be summarized as follows:

Environment – AW considers the company’s investment in their workplace to improve work conditions.  AW also looks at how the company was able to build a good work environment that allows employees to prosper.

Empowerment – AW gives value on the company’s investment in their employees.  AW looks at how the company was able to improve their technical and leadership competencies of its employees.  It may be through formal training classes, mentoring, coaching, or a combination of different interventions.

External Impact – AW also considers the impact of the different initiatives to the customers of the company.  AW values sustainability and believes that if the investment in Environment and Empowerment are executed correctly, it should contribute to happy customers which will in turn sustain the operation of the company.

GOALS OF THE ABUNDANT WORKPLACE AWARD

We are recognizing companies with the following goals:

  1. Motivate them to continue their practices of workplace improvement and employee empowerment
  2. Share best practices of recognized companies so otheres may replicate their initiatives
  3. Learn and continuously improve from the experiences of other companies in terms workplace improvement and employee empowerment

NOMINATIONS:

Your company should be nominated by one of the consultants of the LeadEx team.   The LeadEx team is composed of 9 consulting companies joining together in order to share leadership excellence to different organization

CAN I APPLY OUR COMPANY  FOR NOMINATIONS:

Yes, you may.  Contact one of our consultants or email us at leadexcore@gmail.com and share with them the following them the following:

  1. What are your goals?
  2. What were the programs you implemented?
  3. What areas are you aiming to improve?
  4. What help would you need?

  

QUALIFICATION AND SELECTION:

All nominees shall be asked to submit the following.

  1. Company Profile
  2. Employee Development Programs conducted last 2023
  3. At least three (3) testimonials from Employees on how they were supported in the organization
  4. At least three (3) testimonials from Customers on how the company has helped them
  5. Send all documents in one email and send it to leadexcore@gmail.com with the subject ABUNDANT WORKPLACE NOMINEE

A team of assessors will be chosen to select who will qualify and win the
Abundant Workplace Award. 

When is the next Abundant Workplace Award?

We are giving the award three times per year.  We have recognized the pioneer awardees this February 2024.  Your company may be the next awardee on July 2024 or November 2024.
