Tet’s journey to leadership is rooted in her deep-seated passion for empowering entrepreneurs and dedication to her craft. Stepping into leadership from her father, Carlito B. Dimar, CPA, the Founding Partner of C.B. Dimar & Associates, Tet undertook a transformative journey, infusing AnswerKey with fresh perspectives and innovative business solutions.
With a robust corporate background spanning prestigious global entities such as GlaxoSmithKline,
Arvato Bertelsmann, Dell Philippines, and Citibank N.A., Tet honed her skills in team management,
operations, and strategic planning. Her tenure as Vice President for Workforce Management at
Citibank, where she oversaw workforce management operations across 16 APAC and EMEA countries, demonstrates her proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and organizational optimization.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tet is a devoted wife and mother of three, who believes that a woman can balance her roles at home with a successful career. As an avid marathoner and aquathlete, she finds inspiration in pursuing physical challenges, mirroring her tenacity and resilience in business.
